You’ll be able to choose from a variety of services like segment similarity search, vocal suppression for instrumental search, playlist similarity, advanced filtering of results, descriptive text search, and more.

Bring the power of your chart and sales data subscriptions into your Advanced Search! Looking to find songs that were in the Top 100 in 1975? We can incorporate any 3rd party or internal data you have into your Synchtank site so that your users can find the perfect song for the scene.

Sound Recordings and Compositions
You can now have that ISRC-ISWC relationship you’ve always wanted! Sound Recordings and Works can now be stored separately, while allowing for direct relationships between them, allowing an uplift for a plethora of business processes like licensing, clearance, and rights management. Please contact your Account Manager if your system is “track-based” and you’d like to explore the move to Sound Recordings and Compositions.

Artist and Contributor Credits
Gone are the days of free text when it comes to artist and contributor data management. You can now create persistent artist entries and assign them roles like “Main Artist", "Featured Artist", etc. Enrich your digital liner notes even further with DDEX-compliant Contributor data, along with roles (Producer) and instrumentation (Lead Guitar).

SyncUp (Previously CRM)
No more disconnected spreadsheets! We’ve completed an overhaul of our CRM module (now called SyncUP) to give you full visibility over your sync opportunities. Manage everything from one easy dashboard, from pitching to quoting to licensing and invoicing, and get valuable business intelligence. Better yet, it links to the content in your system to auto-populate your quotes and licenses using custom templates, eliminating re-keying.

D2C Licensing & Payment
Increase your bottom line with the addition of Direct-to-Consumer licensing. With just a few clicks, users can select a license type (needle-drop or subscription) and click to purchase a license for your content – all without any involvement necessary on your part. We recently added Stripe to the list of payment partners that can be integrated with your system.

Get higher distribution and visibility for your tracks by ‘embedding’ your playlists on 3rd party sites (the embed code is automatically generated for you). When shown, the playlist will be fully branded with your design.

Cue Sheets
Automate the management and processing of cue sheets with extended support for roll up cues and additional EDL formats. Export cue sheets to multiple endpoints with extended support templates.

Label Services
ISRC Assignment
Synchtank now supports automatic, sequential assignment of ISRCs for your sound recordings using custom prefixes that you can enter for each label. Custom starting numbers allow for seamless integration with your existing ISRCs.

Delivery Updates
- Custom Delivery Mapping – Create your own custom formats using any data fields from your Synchtank system. Upload a custom CSV template and map your Synchtank data fields to the template and deliver to any specified endpoint.
- Extended DDEX Support – Deliver in DDEX 3.8 and 4.2 standards to any specified endpoint. Wasabi S3 has also been added as an optional endpoint for deliveries in addition to Box, Dropbox, SFTP, S3 etc.

Mechanical License Details
Our Asset Platform now includes the ability to capture details for the Mechanical Licenses you’ve obtained for each release to help manage your Publisher royalty obligations. Details include Publishers, % Control, and Rates.

Talent Portal
Super-serve your artists, songwriters and managers by providing them with an online portal for uploading and managing their own content (Albums/Tracks, Sound Recordings, Compositions, and Biographical/Promotional info). As Administrator, you have the option to approve submissions before they are published to the system.

As a Site Administrator, you now have greater control over your users’ experience on your site, including:
- Advanced Search – control the visibility and order of the tiles on the Advanced Search page of your website.

The number of PROs supported in the registration system has been extended to over 50 with numerous new PROs now supported.

New embedded workstations have been enabled making the process of working with the royalty system a lot faster and easier to manage.
Multiple Import and Export Options Added
New data imports and exports have been added to allow the bulk management of additional data points on the system, allowing faster and easier changes on the system with minimal technical input.
Web Portal Controls for Branding
Controls for the branding and appearance of the writers portal have been enabled on the UI allowing administrator control over elements of the web pages.
Underlying Performance Improvements on Processing and Display
Major performance improvements have been made to the system allowing much faster presentation.

Launched this year, our Data Suite puts the power of data analytics into your hands! Transform data from your Synchtank platform(s) into actionable insights with on demand analytics and reporting tools.
