Asset Platform
Adobe Premiere Pro Integration
Our new integration feeds your music directly into the editor’s suite! Allow users to search, audition, download, and create playlists without ever leaving the Adobe interface, streamlining editing and cue sheet workflows.

AIMS Prompt Search
Transform your search and discovery workflows with AI-powered prompt search from AIMS, allowing you to search your catalog using natural phrases, sync briefs or scene descriptions for unparalleled precision. This is the latest pre-integrated feature from our best-in-class AI partners and can be easily switched on with no effort required on your part. Other features include similarity search, segment search, vocal suppression, tagging, and more.

Embeddable Playlists
Get higher distribution and visibility for your tracks by embedding your playlists on external websites. No more waiting for tech resources - instantly generate embed codes which enable you to market and promote your catalog under your brand more extensively.

Royalty Platform
API Between Platforms
A new template has been created for users to export Composition Details and Shares from the Royalty Platform (IRIS) to the Asset Platform.
CWR Worldwide File Generation
Users now have the ability to create a CWR file - an export designed for a worldwide format. You can now send the same file to any collection society who then have the ability to choose the specific territory information they need.
Refined Reporting
The following reports have been updated:
- Partner Share of Retained report - Due to a system error there was a blank report being populated when trying to export Partner Share of Retained. This has now been rectified.
- Song Client Link by Song report - There was a bug identified in the Song Client Link by Song report which featured duplicate rows. This has now been rectified.
What's new in Q1 2024?
New & Improved Compositions
We listened. We're currently rolling out improvements to make your composition data more consistent and in line with industry standards such as CWR, and to help improve royalty processing. Composition Shares are now edited and stored as chains and at territory level, allowing visibility over which shares are controlled where and driving CWR output.

SyncUP with Invoicing & Payment Tracking
SyncUP, our new sync licensing workflow module, gives you total visibility over your sync opportunities and now includes invoicing and payment tracking, allowing you to:
- Create invoices based on existing licenses, saving time re-keying data
- Track invoice payments along with amounts, date paid, income type for royalty processing, and any 3rd parties involved
- Export invoice data for financial reporting and ingestion into IRIS as an income statement
There are also changes to usability within the quote and license creation, allowing you to:
- Automatically retrieve composition data when adding a sound recording, saving time searching and adding the composition.
- Copy usage data from composition to sound recording and vice versa, saving time re-keying and ensuring consistency.
- If an asset is lacking correct details and there’s no time to amend it prior to the license being executed, you can override the asset share in order to complete the license.
- Select MFN (Most Favored Nations) and Network fields from a drop down rather than entering free text, again saving re-keying and ensuring consistency.

Stem Generation with Audioshake
We’re excited to announce our upcoming integration with award-winning AI sound separation platform Audioshake! This pre-integrated solution can be instantly switched on and allows you to generate stems from your Synchtank system and remove stem channels e.g. to create instrumentals to make your content more interactive, accessible and profitable.

Clearance Management with Trevanna Tracks
Our integration with Trevanna Tracks is designed to transform music licensee workflows, making them faster, more efficient, and scalable. Trevanna Tracks users can access Synchtank libraries and systems through the Trevanna interface and drag assets and data from one system to another. We will be releasing more integration features over the next couple of quarters to further enhance workflows, eliminate duplicate tasks, and provide more accurate budgeting and usage reporting.
