These can be copied to your clipboard for pasting into emails, licenses and so on.

Identifiers Search
Identifiers are now included in front end searches, so you can search for Tracks using ISRCs, legacy IDs and other external IDs if needed

ALBUMS:
Complete Audio Files for Albums or Live Concerts
Within the Catalog section under Albums, you will now see a new tab titled 'Audio Recordings' where you can upload multiple audio files in all standard formats.

These could be digitised vinyl or CDs, or perhaps live concert recordings.

You can now add segmentation markers to the recordings and split them off into individual Master recordings as part of the Album Track List.

Additional Artwork
You can now add multiple images for album releases, such as back covers, inlays, etc.

All images are also available for display on the front end Album page

ARTIST PORTAL:
Contributors
Contributor information such as musicians and studio personnel can now be added to Tracks when delivering through the Artist Portal, giving your creative teams the ability to add more information to their Tracks when delivering to your main system.

The Contributor information is also visible in the main admin approval workflow prior to adding to the main system, saving you time investigating and adding metadata.

DELIVERY MODULE:

These updates affect all customers with access to our Delivery Module, if you’d like more information please reach out to your Account Manager.

Conditional Value Mapping
You can now output a value that is conditional on a particular condition being met.

For example, if a Track has a parent Track assigned, you can output a field as ‘Mix’, whereas if it doesn’t have a parent assigned, it can be output as ‘Main’:

MASTERS:
Introducing Audio Marker!
Within the Masters section (under Catalog) you can now have the ability to add markers to your waveform audio files. This will produce a pop up where you see an enlarged view of the audio waveform.

Within the popup you can add audio markers for certain points within the track, such as the end of the introduction or where the chorus starts.

The audio marker values are available for embedding into audio file metadata or in metadata deliveries from our Delivery Module.

This first release covers specific markers for radio broadcast systems - other custom markers will be in a future release.

If you don’t see this live in your system, please contact Customer Support.

ALBUMS:
Upload Complete Audio Files for Albums or Live Concerts
The Album entity now includes a new tab where you can upload multiple audio files in all standard formats.

These could be digitised vinyl or CDs, or perhaps live concert recordings.

Upcoming functionality will include waveform displays for these audio files and the ability to split the album audio files into individual tracks.

NEW METADATA CATEGORY:
Geo-Genres and Geo Sub-Genres
We have now included new geographic classification metadata that is available to capture the cultural origins of musical content in addition to the nationality of the creators.

Geo-Genres represent geographic regions while Geo Sub-Genres capture specific cultural origins within those regions, with support for multiple parent relationships to reflect complex geographic and cultural connections.

Both metadata types can be managed through the Metadata menu and added to Masters and Compositions.

DELIVERY MODULE:

These updates affect all customers with access to our Delivery Module, if you’d like more information please reach out to your Account Manager.

Audio File Embedded Metadata Mappings
You can now create mappings to embed metadata from your system into audio files being delivered using our Delivery Module, giving you complete control over what gets embedded into those files for downstream use.

It is available for mp3 and WAV with AIFF coming soon!

ISRC Hyphenation Transformation
When delivering ISRCs to delivery endpoint partners, they can be automatically formatted to the endpoint requirements without affecting your source data.

January 2026

Asset Platform:

MASTERS:
New Fields for Mix Type and Mix Variation
We have added new fields for Mix Type and Mix Variation. These allow you to clearly capture durations and mix variations for track versions rather than combining them within title or version fields. You can find this new feature within the Masters (within Catalog) section of your Core Platform.

These fields are also available on reports and ingestions and as part of metadata deliveries for customers with our Delivery Module.

MASTERS:
New Field for Era
We have added a new field for Era (replacing the previous Decade field).

If you need to tag a recording based on a particular sound or feel rather than the date of recording or release, you can use the Era field. So for all those new recordings with a 60s sound, use the Era field! You can find this new feature within the Masters (within Catalog) section of your Core Platform.

It’s also available on reports, ingests and in our Delivery Module.

DELIVERY MODULE:
Increased Flexibility of Delivery Contents

For customers with access to our Delivery Module, if you’d like more information please reach out to your Account Manager.

When delivering audio and metadata files out of your system using the Delivery Module, you now have increased flexibility and control over what is included in the delivery.

Select to include or exclude metadata, audio (in one or more formats), peak files/waveforms, artwork (in one or more formats), child versions and stems.

Mandatory Field Definition
To ensure metadata correctness and completeness when delivering to external partners, you can now define which fields within the delivery are mandatory. This will form the basis of future work on metadata validations.

Text ‘Find and Replace’ function added
When delivering metadata from the Delivery Module, you can now add a transformation that will replace single characters or text strings with other text or strings.

For example, if your delivery endpoint requires titles with underscores rather than spaces, you can replace all spaces within the text field.

FRONT-END FEATURES:
Production Fields Available
More fields are now visible for your Productions on the front end, giving users more information when viewing Productions, such as; Production Version, Stage, Release Date, Episode Number and Budget
