What is the Purchasing section?

The Purchasing section is found in the left-hand navigation of the Synchtank Admin. It allows you to manage licenses purchased by your users and set up discount coupons.

What can I manage in the Purchasing section?

The Purchasing section includes two areas:

• Purchases — view all licenses purchased by users, including user details and purchase information
• Coupons — create and manage discount coupons for your users

How do I view purchases?

Go to Admin → Purchasing → Purchases. Here you will find a list of all licenses purchased on your platform, including the user details and license information associated with each purchase. For more information on how licensing works, refer to the Licensing guide.

How do I create a discount coupon?

Go to Admin → Purchasing → Coupons and click the green Create button. Set up your coupon with the discount amount or percentage of your choosing.
