Playlists FAQs (Users)

How do I create a playlist?

Click the playlist icon on the right side of your screen to open the playlist panel, then click the + icon, type a name, and press Enter.

How do I add tracks to a playlist?

Click the three dots (...) on any track and select Add to Playlist. You can also add the currently playing track by clicking the three dots, then the + icon. Note that duplicate tracks are not allowed in a playlist.

How do I manage multiple playlists?

The Playlist Sidebar allows you to work on multiple playlists at once, drag and drop tracks, create folders to group playlists, and easily preview, share, copy, edit, download, and collaborate — all from any page.

What is Playlist Collaboration?

Collaboration allows multiple users to jointly manage and add tracks to a playlist. To initiate a collaboration, you must have the Initiate Collaboration permission enabled by your admin. Once enabled, select the Collaborate option on any playlist you own, choose whether collaborators can edit or just view, and enter the users you want to collaborate with.

How do I share a playlist?

Click the Share button on your playlist. You can send an HTML email, generate a tracking link, preview the email yourself, or use a Form Submission URL to deliver the playlist directly to an external platform.

How do I track who has interacted with a shared playlist?

Go to the Shares section in the top navigation. Here you can see all the tracks, albums, and playlists you've shared, and view analytics including opens, clicks, downloads, and more.

Can I reuse an existing playlist?

Yes. Go to your Playlists page and select the playlist you want to reuse. From there, you can collaborate, edit, share, duplicate, download, delete, or add it to a project.
