# How to search for and edit a Royalty Income Statement

### Search

1. On the second tab of the IRIS bar click on Royalty Income Mgmt.![](https://pages.synchtank.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/Screenshot_2021-09-19_at_12.57.10.png)
2. A new window will open. Go to the third tab in the new window that opened, called Royalty Income Statements.![](https://pages.synchtank.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/Screenshot_2021-09-19_at_12.57.23.png)
3. To display all existing  Statements, click Search.
4. To filter by Income Source, enter your search term into the Income Source field or click on the … and the end of the field to open a list of income sources. 5. Other filtering options are: Statement Period, Date Entered, Statement ID, Check #, Entry Date, Cashbook Reference, and Notes. You can also choose to Include Cancelled Statements by checking the Include Cancelled Statements box. 7. To release a Statement, select the Statement you wish to release and click Release Selected Statement(s).

9. To cancel a Statement, select the Statement you wish to cancel and click Cancel Selected Statement(s).
10. To copy a Statement, select the Statement you wish to copy and click Copy Statement.
