# How to Generate statements after a Royalty Run

### Search

1. In the second tab of the IRIS ribbon click on Generate statement.![](https://pages.synchtank.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/Screenshot_2021-10-05_at_10.20.05.png)
2. In the window that opens you can enter as many or as few data fields as you want. For example you can select the number of days in the # Days field (45, 60, or 90 days).![](https://pages.synchtank.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/Screenshot_2021-10-05_at_10.41.02.png)
3. Fill in any other fields you need. Open the dropdown menus by clicking the arrows at the end of the fields.

5. Click Start, it may take a few minutes to complete, there will be a pop up notifying you when the statement has been generated.
