How to create and edit Tour data

  1. To create a new International Report, go to the Libraries Tab and click on International Report.
  2. In the window that opens you can add Chart data, Tour Data, and create international reports.
  3. To start to add new Tour data click on Modules and then select Tours in the dropdown.
  4. To enter tour information, select your "Branch". Once selected, the existing tour data will load. You can now add new tour info by selecting "New Line".
  5. For a new entry, fill in the "State" if applicable, then enter "City", Venue (Required), Performance date (Required), Artist (Required), and optionally notes.
  6. Scroll left using the scroll bar at the bottom of the window. If you know songs that are likely to be performed, Click on the three dots to the right of the "Song(s) Likely" column.
  7. The following window will open. Select "Add", then click the … and search for the song. Click OK when finished adding songs.
  8. If you have a list of songkeys for the songs, select "Add Multiple", then paste the songkeys according to the instruction in the window. Click OK when finished adding songs.
  9. If you would like to add "Peer Writer(s)", select the three dots to the right of the Peer Writer(s) column.
  10. The following window will open. Select "Add" to enter names. Repeat steps for multiple writers. Then click OK when done.                                           
  11. To Update an existing Tour entry. Follow the same steps above, but instead of selecting "New Line", use the filters to find previous entries. (First line of the grid).
  12. Click on the row you want to edit, or if you wish to edit many click on the first row to copy, then holding down the "Shift" key, click the last row. All rows will be highlighted.
  13. Click "Copy" then click "Paste". The copied rows will appear un-highlighted. Now you can update the new rows.
  14. When finished, click "Save".
  15. You will get an error message when saving if any of the required fields are blank ("Venue", "Performance Date", or "Artist"). These must be filled in to save the entries.
