How to Attach Media and Documents to a Song

Search

1. Search for the song you wish to add media to.
2. Double click on the song to open the song overlay.
3. Select general and then Media library (or the command Alt+M for windows, Command+M for Mac).
4. Select Media and then the category of media you wish to add.
5. To upload a Cue Sheet, select Cue sheets and then Upload Cue Sheet(s).
6. To add a file, click the + and then click the … to add a file from the workspace.
7. To link another song, click the +.
8. When finished click Upload Media File(s).
9. To Link a YouTube Video click on YouTube Videos then Add YouTube Video.
10. Copy and Paste the link to the YouTube Video you want to link to the field in the window that opened then click Verify and Add.
11. To Add a document or agreement click on Documents then Upload Document(s).
12. Select the type of document you are adding by clicking the arrow on the first field to open the dropdown and select the correct option.
13. Select the file you wish to add by clicking … and selecting the correct file from the WorkSpace.
14. Click the + to link another song to the document then click on the … in the Songkey column to open the song search window.
15. Then click Upload Media File to finish linking the document to the song.
16. For other media select the correct category and fill in the fields in the new window and click Save/Verify and Add/Open/Upload Media File/…
17. When finished uploading the media click Save or Save/Exit to exit the song overlay.
