Dashboard FAQs
What is the Dashboard?
The Dashboard is the default view when you log into the Synchtank Admin. It gives you a high-level overview of your account activity, so you can quickly see where things stand without navigating to individual sections.
What information does the Dashboard display?
The Dashboard is organised into three main sections:
-
Overview tiles: A set of widgets showing key data and activity for the features enabled on your account — such as users, artists, albums, masters, and more. Each tile includes a shortcut button at the bottom to take you directly to the relevant section.
-
Notifications: Shows your recent notifications. Click Show All to see the full list.
-
3. Last Activity: Shows recent activity across your account. Click Show All to see the full activity log.
Can I edit my account details from the Dashboard?
Yes. The Current User tile displays your name, email, and last login details. Click Edit Account to update your account information.
Can I navigate to other sections from the Dashboard?
Yes. Each tile includes a shortcut button that takes you directly to the relevant section. You can also use the left-hand navigation menu at any time.
What does "Unpublished" mean in the Dashboard tiles?
Unpublished items exist in the system but are not yet visible on the front-end platform. You can navigate to the relevant section to review and publish them.
